Twofer Tuesday: Oldest Country Store References

In looking through our two County newspapers' archives, The Beacon and the Enterprise, I did a search for the oldest references to a "country store."  The following is an ad that appeared in a 1925 edition of the St. Mary's Beacon.

I need to do some more research, i.e. call Dictator Cullison and ask him, but I believe this store was located on the corner of Beachville and Grayson Roads.

As for the Enterprise's oldest reference to a country store I found this in their index:
However, when I clicked on the link to the actual page (click here), I could not find the article containing the above passage.  I found every other kind of article but a reference to a country store.  There was a suicide article, a story about a farming accident where a guy lost his arm, a gambling raid in Ridge article, a story about two Navy pilots dying in plane crashes, and an article about a house being destroyed by a fire.  And yet surprisingly, ironically enough, in spite of all those very newsworthy stories, the headline of that particular edition featured the opening of hunting season.  Talk about priorities!

But back to the country store reference, I spent more time than I care to admit looking for it on this front page.  If you happen to spot it please let me know.  As I age I know I'm getting more and more senile, but I didn't think I was also going blind!  If you find the above reference anywhere on that front page please let me know.
