Ospreys in Action

At dinner the other night we were discussing the osprey video that Pam had posted on her FB page.  It shows an osprey in slow motion struggling but eventually succeeding in securing his dinner for the night. 
Then Brady forwarded me this video containing three sequences of ospreys on the attack:

As for the two nestled in their nest just off my pier, Cotton and Mary Allen are alive and well.  However, they are a little skittish about getting too close to them for a decent photograph.  (If I were still fooling around with 35mm, I have a couple of zoom lenses that would have solved that problem.  These smart phone cameras need to work on that.)
